If you haven't checked out the The Atlantic recently I highly recommend it. They have a group of solid bloggers and journalists over there, that seem to be more of an independent bent. But Ta-Nehisi Coates is a new addition and pretty good ( I won't admit to liking him because he is a D and D fan though...)
Anyway he has a post up that I found pretty humorous for a variety of reasons.
I would personally totally vote for Galactus. How can you not support the "Devourer of Worlds", and I could get some snazzy super powers out of selling you people out.
